Age-Grade Eligibility: USA Rugby uses a September 1 age cutoff for all divisions. Players compete in the age grade they qualify for on 9/1 of the current season. For example, if a player is “under 10” on 9/1, they would be eligible to play U10s.  However, if the player is 10 on 9/1 s/he is no longer eligible for U10 and would move up to au12s.
